❤️Bar-B-Que & Grilling❤️
My roasting pan is my best friend.
- My barbecuing is mostly done in the oven. Place meat in roasting pan, season and/or pour barbecue sauce over it, bake until done. Voila! This works for chicken, burgers, sausages, and such.
- For barbecued pulled meat sandwiches, I use a cast iron skillet on top of the stove.
- For grilled foods, such as burgers, steaks, chicken, loins, ribs, etc., we use an assortment of wood, as well as sauces and spices to flavor the food.
