I woke up one morning this week and "knew" I needed iodine. After all, the box of salt say iodine is a "necessary nutrient" so where's the iodine??
I came across an interview with Lynne Farrow later that day, and I'm even more convinced I need it.
I've taken iodine in the past, and have read about it, but somehow I didn't take it very seriously I guess.
But something told me that morning that I needed it. After all, sources everywhere's saying that our soil is depleted of iodine, it's no longer in bread, or flour. And on top of that it is being suggested that it is even dangerous to take it? If it's a necessary nutrient, why is it dangerous.
Were they mistaken as to it being necessary?? Or are the modern doctor's wrong?
I'd bet on the modern ones being wrong faster than the ones who discovered it.
Well, my order is on its way.
I also purchased the Kindle book, The Iodine Crisis: What You Don't Know About Iodine Can Wreck Your Life, by Lynne Farrow.
