2-4 CANS OF BEANS (pinto, red kidney, light red kidney, pink beans. . .your choice)
1 15 oz CAN OF DICED TOMATOES
BROWN GROUND MEAT WITH ONIONS USING A POTATO MASHER TO BREAK UP MEAT AS SMALL AS YOU WANT IT, ADD SEASONING, STIR, ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS, STIR AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH GRATED CHEESE AND CRACKERS OR CORNBREAD.
