❤️Bar-B-Que & Grilling❤️
My roasting pan is my best friend.
- My barbecuing is mostly done in the oven. Place meat in roasting pan, season and/or pour barbecue sauce over it, bake until tender, done and browned to perfection. Voila! This works for chicken, burgers, sausages, and such.
- For barbecued pulled meat sandwiches, I use a cast iron skillet on top of the stove.
- For grilled foods, such as burgers, steaks, chicken, loins, ribs, etc., we use an assortment of wood, as well as sauces and spices to flavor the food.
My new best friend is our Blackstone Griddle
