My Foraging Adventures
My Happy Place
“To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee, one clover, and a bee, and reverie.
The reverie alone will do, if bees are few.” ~Emily Dickinson

Dictionary: Reverie, a state of pleasantly being lost in one's thoughts.
In other words, my theory on this term is that it means, “Let the clover and the bee do their job, nature will usually flourish if left alone to do its job.” Meanwhile, we can daydream, and enjoy it all!
Please pick and harvest just a little, and leave the rest for the bees, and all sorts of wildlife that depend on it for food, shelter, and enough to keep it growing, spreading its seeds, and it will be there next time you come to visit.
