Waldorf Salad
A Waldorf salad is a fruit and nut salad generally made of celery, fresh apples, walnuts, and grapes, dressed in mayonnaise, and traditionally served on a bed of lettuce as an appetizer or a light meal. The apples, celery, and grapes can all be green, which harmonizes the color palette of the dish.*
Tropical SaladI love to mix fruit such as orange slices, grapes, and apple, in with a green salad, and also pineapple tid-bits, bananas, and shredded coconut to give it a tropical flare..
Southern Cracker SaladEasy to make, with simple ingredients, and tastes delectable. Inspired by Paula Deen’s Georgia Cracker Salad.

My Favorite~Simple Corn Salad*
Fold in mayonnaise lightly until all vegetables are coated. Place in pretty medium sized serving bowl, garnish as/if desired. Serve at right away or chill if desired. Serve with saltine crackers. Always cover and refrigerate any that is leftover. *My recipe, in memory of my dear aunt who loved my Corn Salad. 💖 🌽 🍅 Dressings
