Aging - it is a natural phase in life, true. . .but we all want to say "Please Slow the Clock", right?
Well, history and even in modern times people are searching for the elusive Fountain of Youth. Wealthy people go to fancy spas, get botox injections, have plastic surgery or spend thousands on beauty treatments. They do sometimes work, but sometimes they backfire. I'd rather keep my money and try the more inexpensive route. I'm not sure I want to parade around at a spa where I would stick out like a sore thumb, since most of these women aren't really ugly, overweight or need fixing to begin with. There are tons of natural recipes online and some on my website are listed above, for beauty treatments that cost little or nothing to make and try, and most of the ingredients are common spices or other pantry items we all have. Many people (including myself) take vitamins and even megadoses of certain vitamins. I've seen both outcomes, and I just have to say most vitamins taken in megadose quantities are not worth the side-effects and detox symptoms that they bring on.
